You can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it, subject to the goods being in their original state. The refund will be processed and credited to your account within 5 working days..

Our listed prices remain transparent, including shipping fees and taxes, excluding duties.
Shipping Calculations:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the overall weight of your order and differ for domestic and international deliveries. For instances of non-delivery due to user errors (e.g., inaccurate name, address, or contact number), any re-delivery costs will be the user's responsibility.
Customs Duties, Taxes, and Additional Charges:
Customers are accountable for any customs duties or taxes related to international shipping. Keva Living does not cover Duties or Taxes for international shipments. Additionally, any extra delivery charges resulting from alterations to the delivery address post-dispatch are the customer's responsibility.

- In case of non-delivery due to user errors, extra costs for re-delivery will be incurred.
